The Jennifer Dressman Dedicated Issue of JPharmSci – 40 years of Oral Drug Absorption

The research of one of our Principle Investigators (PIs) in the InPharma project, Professor Jennifer Dressman, was recently the focus of a full issue in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences (JPharmSci®). The Jennifer Dressman Dedicated Issue was published in January 2022 and brings together an outstanding collection of a papers and articles from a number of guest editors including a number of other InPharma PIs.

Jennifer Dressman is the director of the Fraunhofer ITMP Pharmaceutics group, having recently retired from her position as Professor of Pharmaceutical Technology at the Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. She has been researching in the field of drug development and oral drug absorption for over 40 years and is considered a true expert in biopharmaceutics and a pioneer in the development of biorelevant media. We are extremely happy to have Professor Dressman as part of the InPharma network and to be able to benefit from her extensive experience.
