That’s a wrap! The second great In-Pharma-tion workshop took place on 13th and 14th October 2023 at AstraZeneca, Gothenburg. After the ESRs arrived safely in Sweden, the “amazing journey” through AstraZeneca gave an insight into its history and milestones, the laboratories and manufacturing plant.
The focus of the event was on regulatory approval of new medicines. It has been a successful day in which nine lectures gave insights, inter alia in bioequivalence, justification of clinically relevant QC specifications, advanced dissolution tools and in silico modelling when it comes to regulatory submissions.
A big thank you goes to the speakers and audience! Excellent presentations and questions helped to provide a brief but revealing insight into late-stage drug product development.
